How to Schedule an Appointment

  • If you are referred to our office by one of your physicians:
  1. Your physician’s office will provide your relevant medical records to us.

  2. One of the receptionists in our office will schedule an appointment for you to meet with the Radiation Oncologist at Ocean Radiation Oncology to discuss your cancer care (an initial consultation visit).

  3. One of our receptionists may call you to confirm this appointment time if it is made more than one week prior to the scheduled initial consultation.

  • If you are self-referred:
  1. If you or a loved one has been diagnosed with cancer and you are looking for more information or an opinion regarding potential treatment, you can make an appointment with our office by calling our main telephone number: 718-265-4300.

  2. One of our receptionists will obtain demographic information from you and request pertinent medical information, such as diagnostic radiology and pathology.

  3. Once the Radiation Oncologist reviews your medical records and indicates that it may be appropriate for you to receive radiation treatments, one of our receptionists will schedule an appointment for you to meet with the Radiation Oncologist at Ocean Radiation Oncology to discuss your cancer care (an initial consultation visit).

  4. One of our receptionists may call you to confirm this appointment time if it is made more than one week prior to the scheduled initial consultation.
